The Main Hall is a fantastic venue, suitable for for many kinds of fun activities as well as business. The 100m sq area has a high ceiling and can be set out for up to 100 people with layouts to suit a variety of applications. The attached 20m sq  full catering kitchen (excluding deep fat fryer) is included in the cost and should be requested if required when booking the Main Hall. major events refreshments/buffets and more formal meals can be provided by arrangement.

The charge for this area is from £15.00 per hour and the hirer will need to have Public Liability Insurance. The exception is for children’s parties.

For an individual who does not have such cover , Gloucestershire County Council can arrange this on a payment of 10% added to the total hire. For businesses this offer does not apply and cover must be produced by the business.

The hourly charge is in relation to the whole time the hirer is using the room (ie booking must include preparation and clearing up time.)

Constituted Community Organisations are required to provide copies of their Constitution and Public Liability Insurance. A discount may be applicable.

All charges to be paid prior to the event.  When booking, a deposit of £20.00 is required in case of accidental damage or additional cleaning having to be carried out. (Unused balance of deposit will be returned to applicant.)
