Office and room rentals

The Community Enterprise Centre offers a range of rooms for hourly, daily and longer period rental. The facility is built to the highest quality and environmental standards.

Rooms can be viewed by prior arrangement. One of our friendly staff will help discuss your needs. Events requiring multiple room usage can also be accommodated

The Main Hall & Kitchen

The Main Hall is a fantastic venue, suitable for for many kinds of fun activities as well as business. The 100 sq m area has a high ceiling and can be set out for up to 100 people with layouts to suit a variety of applications. The attached 20 sq m   Full catering kitchen (excluding deep fat fryer) is included in the cost and

should be requested if required when booking. For major events, refreshments/buffets and more formal meals can be provided by arrangement.

The hall is extremely versatile and provides an excellent space for most business activities as well as entertainment.

The charge for this area is from £15.00 per hour and the hirer will need to have Public Liability Insurance. For an individual who does not have such cover , Glos C C can arrange this on a payment of 10% added to the total hire.For businesses this offer does not apply and cover must be produced by the business.

The hourly charge is in relation to the whole time the hirer is using the room (ie booking must include preparation and clearing up time.)

Constituted Community Organisations are required to provide copies of their Constitution and Public Liability Insurance. A discount may be applicable

All charges to be paid prior to the event.  When booking, a deposit of £20.00 is required in case of accidental damage or additional cleaning having to be carried out. (Unused balance of deposit will be returned to applicant.)

The Meeting Room

This room is 44 sq m  and if required can be partitioned into 1 2 or 3 rooms. As a single space the room can be set out to accommodate up to 40 people. Technical specifications are set to a high standard with constant 8mb broadband, a large flat screen TV (great for presentations), as well as whiteboards. Laptops are also available on request.

The 3-2-1 Room – Suitable for

  • Business Meetings
  • Training Rooms
  • Networking
  • Demonstrations
  • Large Office

Facilities for Tea, Coffee and biscuits are available. Buffets can be provided by arrangement. Room configurations can be set out for your requirements on request (class room style, horseshoe etc)

Charges for this room are £12 per hour .

Daily hire 9am – 5pm is just £60

The Training Room

The training room is 26 sq m  and offers space for 16 to 25 people depending on layout. Technical specifications are set to a high standard with constant 8mb broadband, a Business large flat screen TV (great for presentations), as well as whiteboards. Laptops are also available on request (subject to availability)

  • Demonstrations
  • Large Office

Facilities for Tea, Coffee and biscuits are available. Buffets can be provided by arrangement. Room configurations can be set out for your requirements on request (class room style, horseshoe etc)

Charges for this room are £12 per hour

Small Office Rooms

The Small Office rooms are 14 sq m  with main usage likely for office or small meeting applications. One of the rooms has a washable floor to increase usage options. Office 1 is available on an half day or daily rate. Please call for availability.

Charges for this office are £30 per day, although half days are also available at £15
